As a result, our upgrade time has been delayed significantly. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your strong support of MRT, and we will provide timely updates on any related developments.

One thing we can disclose is that version 2.1.8.4 is the latest available upgrade version, and there will be no further free versions. Therefore, the next upgrade will be a paid one. We will strive to ensure that the waiting time is not too long, but we also need some time to conduct comprehensive testing as much as possible. For users who have purchased a card within near months or those who are considering purchasing a new card, whether you make a reservation now or purchase after the new version is released, we guarantee that you will be upgraded to the latest version.

Regarding Seagate upgrades, it is already known that there are numerous new hard drives with ROMs that cannot be read and written directly. These belong to the AF family and cover some products from 2021 and most products from 2022. Additionally, there are new families starting from family ID 0xCF. We have collected relevant model information, and the next update will provide support for them.

As for Western Digital upgrades, support for new board numbers and drive families will also be gradually implemented. The handling mechanism of the 190 module is also being optimized.

Regarding SSD, previous versions have undergone multiple adjustments to the virtual translator solution, but a systematic optimization approach has not been formed, resulting in generally low support rates and unsatisfactory results. Currently, our development team is dedicating efforts to researching and expecting subsequent research results in this area.
