Upgrade & Card‑replacement Procedure
- Confirm your upgrade plan
- Users contact the sales team to pay for the target card and shipping fee.
- Sales team delivers the target card to users
- Users destroy the original card and make a video or ship the old card back. The new card will be activated once the sales team receives either the returned card or the destruction video.
The new card will come with the latest software as a free gift. The missing power cables and SATA cables required for the target cards will be provided. If you need to purchase extra power cables or SATA cables or other accessories, please contact sales team for quotation while confirming your upgrade plan.
