Usually program rarely show this error. If it appers, that means buffer is accidentally overwritten.

f. Write in key module
When it reports errors, it will show follow information on log window:

This error indicates Copy0 and Copy1 of this module can’t write in, it is usually due to HDD write cache closed or SA area has bad tracks.

Or it will show follow information in Log:

or
 
Write ZONE(0)/ZONE(1) module…………………………………………. OK!
 
or
 
Write CNS1(0)/CNS1(1) module…………………………………………. OK!
 
g. Write in NV-RAM
If it error, it will show follow information:

It usually will not go wrong. When NV-RAM can be read normally and disk can get ready, it will be written successfully.

h. G-List to P-List
If it error, it will show follow information:
G-List to P-List…………………………………………. Error!

In this situation, it indicates program has error when executing G-List to P-List operation. It is usually due to the translator of HDD that doesn’t work properly and it indicates kill head encounters errors and HDD couldn’t be identified after reseting power.
Or it shows follow information:

G-List to P-List…………………………………………. OK!
If it shows this kind of information, it indicates kill head successfully. Then you only need to wait for formatting, after it finished, this HDD could be used normally.

Killing head function is established in the case of HDD firmware could be read and write normally, users must make sure the HDD’s firmware does not have malfunction.
