We mainly put our energy on Silicon Motion ,based on brand and master controller type With regard to functions, the most significant part is uploading LDR and virtual translator. There two functions are added into all the Silicon Motion drives.
According to the test result, these two features can meet the request of most users, but for some specific malfunctions of some specific drives, users may need to take different repairing strategies.For example, when users are dealing with Seagate drives , translator regeneration may help fix most of the cases, but there are always some cases which might not be repaired by translator regeneration.
After the creation of virtual translator, we suggest users to restart the SSD utility and reload capacity and disk info. Then go to the factory mode of DE Utility to extract data. We will make tutorials with regard to these two features in the future.
Domestic users are very much concerned with whether the new version can fix 2258XT. Unfortunately, PS3111 and 2258XT was not in our original research schedule.Although we received a lot of requests from users about these two master controllers and attempted to have a progress on them, which resulted in the delay of releasing upgrade package, we didn't manage to meet this expectation of 2258XT(PS3111 is supported), for which we shall deeply apologize.
