3. Current status of HDD firmware processing tools:
     As is mentioned above, there are many tools of logical-level (file system) data recovery in the market, but few data recovery tools which can perform firmware-level processing. At present, the products in market are divided as the following:
(1). PC3000 UDAM. Currently in the international market, the most authoritative firmware-level data recovery product is PC3000 UDMA. It was developed by ACE lab in Russia and has the market share of majority in data recovery field.
Pros: famous data recovery tool, big market share.
Disadvantages: Foreign software-- barely no technical support in China. Expensive. Adopts PCI card technology, which is out-of-date. Transmission speed is low. Unable to be adapted to the current SATA HDDs.

(2). Salvation data recovery equipment. Earlier firmware-level data recovery device developer
Advantages: Domestic software, all Chinese interfaces.
Disadvantages: The functions have shrunk dramatically. It cannot provide comprehensive and professional functions as PC3000 UDMA does. It adopts the design of USB 2.0 with low transmission speed.

(3).MRT data recovery equipment, developed by Wuhan Situo Fu Technology Co., Ltd., is a rising star of firmware-level data recovery tool in China. MRT fully learn the advantages of similar tools in the market and improve their deficiencies.
