Problem Type -- MRT Crash by Lack of DAO Component in PC

It is mainly used for connecting and accessing database. MRT also uses DAO engine to access database. Usually DAO engine is installed in Windows operation system by default. However, if it is not installed in Windows, MRT will crash or report error when starting utilities. In computer which DAO engine is not installed, MRT will crash directly when it starts utility. As shown in the picture of old MRT version:  In computer which DAO engine is installed with version error or damaged file, there will pop out error message when MRT starts utilities.
