On November 12nd, 2017, we released a new version of MRT data recovery software. It is now open for downloading. Data number of this version: 2.1.1.2. It is an officially released upgrade version. Please noted that this software upgrade is not free, users need to extract an upgrade code in the user center then can he/she use this new software. Users who purchased a new hardware card within one year can extract upgrade code for free, while users who purchased a new hardware card more than one year need to pay the upgrade code. Please log into user center (https://vip.mrtlab.com/en/), select "My Devices", then click "Upgrade", and select "Upgrade Software Version" as the upgrade type.
