MRT Lab held the first data recovery online training course on September 29th, 2015. This session gained active attention from many global applicants after the news was released. Only 20 participants were accepted to ensure the course to be effective and interactive. The participants of the first training session came from Brazil, Kenya, Portugal, Palestine, Colombia, USA, Panama, Iran, Canada, Sri Lanka, Argentina, Turkey, and Poland. 

  The training topic is ""Identification Failure of Western Digital". It was explained in two parts: "Boot process of West Digital HDD" and "Analysis & solution of identification failure“.
